A special CUSD Community Town Hall has been added to this year’s schedule. Please mark your calendar:
When: Monday, May 4 at 5 p.m.
Where: Argus Multipurpose Room, 2503 Lawrence St., Ceres
What: Opportunity for community input on whether or not to rename Cesar Chavez JHS
Dinner, Spanish translation, and free childcare will be provided. To reserve childcare please phone the CUSD Family Resource Center at (209) 556-1559.
No decisions regarding renaming have been made at this time. This Town Hall has been scheduled to provide an additional opportunity for anyone with a perspective on this important topic to have their voice heard.
Feedback forms are also available at Cesar Chavez Junior High School and the CUSD District Office, or you may call CUSD Student Support Services at (209) 556-1550 to share your perspective.
The Board will review all community input and determine next steps at their May 7 meeting.
