Children who will be 3 or 4 years old by December 2nd, are eligible. Priority is based on state mandated age and income guidelines, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Eligibility extends only to families whose income is equal to or less than the amount shown.
- Priority is given to children who reside in the Ceres Unified School District attendance boundaries.

Head Start Program
Head Start is a federally funded program that serves low income families and children with disabilities.
- Children who will be 3 or 4 years old by December 2nd are eligible
- Priority is based on a point system, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Eligibility extends only to families whose income is equal to or less than the income guidelines.
- Priority is given to children who reside in the Ceres Unified School District attendance boundaries.
Required documentation for applying:
- Birth Certificate
- Most recent income tax return and current month’s income for each parent working
- TANF or SSI Statement (if applicable)
- Immunizations
- Proof of address
- Copy of IEP/IFSP (if applicable)
